Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: NatWest Warns but why is it not demanding the £11m back from Alison Rose? Ouzo for Farage and, on another matter, myself

To anyone still listening: in today’s Bearcast I discuss Global Petroleum (GBP), Regtech Open (RTOP) and the ongoing failure of the FCA to address a £189 million fraud, Safestyle (SFE) and FTI Consulting and NatWest Group (NWG), its profits warning, its Farage report (a whitewash), Alison Rose and why I don’t own any banking stocks.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Go F*ck yourselves again FTI Consulting, FD Technologies £46 to sub £9, ouzo for the Sheriff

I explain that I was up late struggling to put together a business plan. It’s been a long time since I did that. Then I look at Nightcap (NGHT), a barrels of ouzo moment for me and more shame for the serial PR bullies at FTI Consulting as FD Technologies (FDP) warns yet again and finally at CAB Payments (CABP), the worst IPO of 2023.

The Questions that Wandisco refuses to answer as it tries to sweep the £2 million + David Richards scandal under the carpet

Following my three exposes yesterday I put a number of questions to Wandisco (WAND) via its PR firm FTI Consulting. I have also reported Dave Richards to the Charity Commission with whom I had a fruitful conversation. Next up will be the taxman but that is a bit complicated.

Home REIT – massive warning just as the bears warned: management credibility zero, were investors misled on arrears?

The management of Home REIT (HOME) do not even dare to put their own name and contact details on RNS releases these days, instead hiding behind the very well paid skirts of the journalist smearing PR firm FTI Consulting. And who can blame Home’s craven managers today for it has had to serve up a shocking admission.

Upland Resources brings you an Easter tale of life after death

Sadly Upland Resources (UPL) announced the death of its NED and also its broker Jeremy King. The release issued as an RNS as you can see below, was crafted by not one but two PR firms including uber expensive FTI Consulting. To have two firms on board means Upland is spunking a good £10,000 amonth on PR but you need to pay for quality. The contacts on the release include a Mr Jeremy King, a true story of Easter resurrection.

First Derivatives now FD Technologies: shares £46 to £21 since my first bear piece but much worse to come

It was back in July 2018 that I first started to expose the murky and, at times fraudulent, world of First Derivatives (FDP) and its scandal plagued auditors at KPMG Belfast, with the shares at £46.  A lot has happened since then. Fascist PR pigs FTI tried to bully me to take down my articles but I told the mothers where to stick it. I reported First to the FRC and it was forced to restate its crooked accounts signed off by KPMG. And Brian Conlon, the CEO and architect of this enterprise sadly passed away leaving his grieving widow as the largest shareholder. Today the name is now FD Technologies (FDP).And it is still a cracking short ahead of numbers next week.Let me explain.

BREAKING: BDO Narrowly Avoids signing off on a 155 million Euro blooper & the war crimes of FTI Consulting – the Akazoo fraud

Thanks to the good works of Gabriel Grego, Akazoo (InternetQ as was) has now been thrown off Nasdaq and the SEC are crawling all over it, its main backer and author of its corporate deals, Martin Hughes’ Tosca Fund and various advisors. One firm that has narrowly avoided a massive bullet, as I can reveal today, is auditor BDO Global.

Game Set and (almost) match to Muddy Waters after diabolical after hours fess up from FTSE 100 member NMC

Natch the bad news came after hours, at no-one is watching O’clock. With journalist smearing FTI Consulting doing the PR turd polishing what else would you expect?  My pal Carson Block of Muddy Waters whose dossier first exposed the cesspit at NMC on 17 December 2019 HERE noted “At this point, the company’s announcements speak for themselves and seem to be even more damning than our initial report was.” Indeed. Well let’s start with the apologies

To ShareSoc and Mark Shapland at the Evening Standard and other deadwood press hacks too terrified or so beholden to FTI

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: First Derivatives tells me to take down (legitimate) articles so instead here are some explosive court filings from the US

FTI Consulting, PR for First Derivatives (FDP), wants me to take down legititmate articles asking legitimate questions. If Roger Lawson had his way I’d have to take them down. Luckily the ShareSoc supremo can’t gag a free press so instead I publish some more, explosive, court documents about First Derivatives in full, below and in this podcast I explain why they matter.

Management Resource Solutions – another shocking admission from the recent investor lie-fest

On 2 May Management Resource Solutions (MRS) held an investor lie-fest at the offices of its uber expensive PR posh-tards FTI Consulting. It was recorded so hapless Nomad Arden has full access to what was said. I have already detailed, here, a stunning admission by boss John Zorbas which would have seen any normal Nomad resign on the spot. But there was more….

Winnileaks Expose: Is John Zorbas of Management Resource Solutions lying again?

At the investor presentation on 2 May at the offices of uber expensive PR posh-wits FTI Consulting, which was attended by over 20 sceptical and angry investors, Management Resource Solutions (MRS) boss John Zorbas again showed he was, quite possibly, a liar.

Gotcha? So how much of Management Resource Solutions does John Zorbas and concert party control?

Today at 2PM, Management Resource Solutions (MRS) hosts a teach in for analysts and investors at the offices of its PR firm FTI Consulting. Anyone attending might care to ask if the Takeover Panel has been in touch.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - PR bullshit phrase of the day j'accuse FTI Consulting

The bloody postman is today's interruption. Will you sign for this crap for the chavs who live next door as they are out (again) signing on or working in the black economy? Whatever. I should charge for being the postbox for this entire street. Better still emigrate.  In terms of companies I look at  Laird (LRD), Motorpoint (MOTR), Strat Aero (AERO), and Mkango (MKA)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 9 March: Bell, D&D, PR Fuckwits at FTI & Glenwick Rampers talk balls

I warn you that there is a lot of bad language in this podcast. I start with the balls talked by D&D on Fastjet (FJET). I have put the company on the spot as to what $20 million cash available means and I await a response. It matters big time. Then there is Andrew Bell talking balls on Horse Hill ahead of placings ahoy across the board. Then those who denied placings at Pantheon (PANR) and the posh fuckwits who spin for Scancell (SCLP). Both denied my stories. Both placed today. Folks: you know where to send your ouzo apologies. I discuss those placings and also that of Armadale (ACP) - a pisser as we own those shares. Then I discuss dire results from Glenwick (GWIK), shares in which deserve to halve and which were ramped by the same sort of mothers who ramped CEB/Andalas. The result will be the same. And also a horrid profits warnig from Tandem Group (TND) comes under the spotlight. I also mention my articles today on greedy Junior Doctors ad the BBC's woeful Trump coverage HERE

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 12 December - live from Athens Airport

I start with a hint to the oppo, that is InternetQ (INTQ), fire the lazy upper class fuckwits at FTI Consulting who you employ to do PR, they are useless as I explain in this podcast. It is then onto Condor Gold (CNR), Optibiotix (OPTI), Wildes and his trading strategy in LGO Energy (LGO) and elsewhere - the road to ruin. And finally where is Malcolm Stacey's Santa rally? It seems to be er..late.

Blinkx – is Harriet Denys of the Telegraph the stupidest woman on Fleet Street or does she just print PR hogwash

Harriet Denys of the Telegraph has run a piece today HERE on Ben Edelman and blinkx which is so bad that it begs the question: did she print it because she will print anything blinkx PR man Ed Bridges of FTI Consulting tells her to do or just because she is thick as two short planks? I really do not know.

Denys claims Edelman was left red faced. Au contraire he left to a rapturous ovation - the only embarssment here is Harriet's patrhetic attempt at journalism.

Harriet claims that
